Guaranteed Auto Services

I cannot recommend this auto center enough! I brought my car in for routine brake service and a brake flush. The front desk staff greeted me immediately and offered a clean, comfortable waiting area with music, water, snacks and coffee. My service advisor gave me a clear breakdown of what was needed. She explained what was urgent and what could wait, with zero pressure to upsell me on extra work. The repair was finished right on time, and the final bill matched the original quote down to the penny. My car is running smoothly, and the pricing was very reasonable. Honest mechanics are hard to find, but I have found my new go-to shop! Go on dow ad check em' out? I Guaranteed you'll love the Auto Services.

I just called and spoke to Harry. Told him that I have already had a dionogstic check. From 2 reputable sources but he wants to charge me $152 to do it again and then possibly service my vehicle. Seriously?? I don't know where the good reviews are coming from. I have paperwork from 2 totally different companies saying the same thing and I conveyed that to him. I am going to give 5 stars because I'm glad I didn't choose this company. Thankful You won't scam me😀

My husband and received superior service from the team, for work executed on our daughter's car. We thank Mr. Dean and we thank the team for their fair analysis, advice and treatment. We highly recommend them.

What a wonderful pleasant experience. Believe the reviews because this shop is ran like a well oiled machine, which is how your vehicle will be running after you leave here. Harry at the front desk is attentive and a true professional, Teddy did the pre purchase inspection on my vehicle and I feel confident and well taken care of. Support local businesses like this, they’re getting rarer and rarer.

Could not be more impressed with this facility! Their service, the people, and the quality of work. I took my Dodge Journey in to be serviced after taking my car to 6 different mechanics over the course of 2 years and they were able to finally find the root of the issue and fixed it! Not only did they fix my car, they called and explained what was going on with it, what needed to be done and gave an amazing estimate for the repairs. They never tried to sell me on additional work and didn’t upcharge on anything. If you’ve tried other places before and have been let down or just have a fear of mechanics, give them a try and you won’t be disappointed! Thank you all so much, Mr. Harry, Mr. Dean, and Ms. Cindy for not only fixing my car but restoring my faith in auto repairs. We liked it so much we dropped our other car off when we picked up the journey!
